Hi Dearie,
Is this a test to see whether I can send a private message? Would love to have you visit...and I tend to have a full schedule and long work days, which i am needing to shorten. Place to stay is probably not available. I have space issues, share someoone else's home, and have not been successful in creating space to accommodate guests. We can be creative ...Would love to hear of your world and maybe I just need to take the weekend and wisk us to the beach..
Love to you,
Shemaya
Dear Amanda,
Thank you so very much for your kind words & support. I checked out your other sites, & what a wonderful vision you have as well. The more time I spend within this community, the more connected & inspired I feel. Your work is full of life and freedom, with an etheral quality about it. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing and please stay in touch.
Love,
Tanya
Hey Tentie
Have been thinking of you so many times, especially everytime that I read your inspiring "assisting the one." Hope to have you join in the Luminary wave of light.
Love to you,
Shemaya
Sharing Hope, Bringing Light
We (Shemaya Blauer and Aurelia Navarro) invite you to join us in creating and dispersing LIGHT in the form of luminaries to honor, and celebrate HOPE. We can think of no greater time to ignite this vision than to celebrate the inauguration of President Barack Obama on January 20, 2009.
We are calling this The Luminary Project and see it as a country-wide, even world-wide, wave of light flowing from East to West, tangibly demonstrating our common sense of hope and inspiration.
We chose luminaries because they are simple, inexpensive, accessible, and easy to embellish. They serve to remind each of us that despite our challenges and losses, we carry light and hope – indeed, we are light and hope.
We encourage people to create, gift, and distribute luminaries as a symbol of hope and an opportunity to promote a positive image and message through creativity, community, and blessings. Imagine “luminary parties” for group crafting and embellishing of luminaries, and then a riot of light and color blooming throughout Inauguration Night.
All you need is a supply of small paper bags (white or brown are the easiest to find), some sand or cat litter for stability, and a tea light or LED for illumination. Add scissors, markers, paints, and creativity – and go to town.
Dear Amanda,
Thank you so much for your quick and easy info. I deleted and added photos. I also want to say how beautiful your paintings are. Horse spirits. I can feel them! With love, Pat
Dear Amanda,
It is so lovely to look at your site and remember the dear soul that touched my own. Your drumming for our Earth Nest decent gave such depth and connection for me. I thank you.
Tonight I tried to add some pictures and ended up showing them twice. How can I remove duplicate images and also turn pictures around. You'll see what I mean. Thank you much, my friend. With love, Pat
Amanda! Happy happy to you! Did you have a good one? I started working on my little video from the gathering ,Theo is helping me so fun! Did you go to the spa? I think I need to go soon. Eric got his house today it all feels very time out of time and with that big moon it's kinda wild over here on the Island. There is a fair here this weekend lots of sound and lights at night.

Amanda on the Island
Hi there, hey I was wondering if you still thought it would be a good idea to be our guest artist at the Art Walk in May this year??? I'll have to get a fund raiser together if you are still in. I don't have any dates set yet but will soon. Let me know. And how is your prodigal art website going??? Talk to you soon. Have a lovely evening. Heather
Hey mainlander,
Hope all is well, that was a grand time last week, can you believe I got my picture up?
Hope to see you again soon,
Amanda of the Island
LOL - I think all of the onions have something to do with the way our hands move . . . it's such a natural shape . . . curving, cupping, caressing . . . onioning.
Hey mainlander,

Hey deary Dear,
I want you to know what a Blessing it was to get to know you. You constantly surprise me with your wonder and wisdom. Having a bit of a time-squeeze and want to have you teach me the ropes. For now, because I gain to receive 99 cents, I will trust your artistic muse to create something temporary ...THANKS a BUNCHES
Really enjoyed getting down another layer with you - hope its not another year before we get re- acquainted - at this rate we might actually know each other a bit by 2020!
