I was delighted when I pulled this card. To me it says joy ~ joy ~ joy!
The green background speaks of new life, springtime, the return of leaves and the opening blossoms. The blue on the card represents the life giving nature of water; the force behind all life. I also see playful times as a child, in the bath tub, at the beach or the running through the summer sprinkler with the squeals of joy that only a child seems to experience. That child still lives on in each of us and really, really wants to come out to play more often.
The tactile nature of the card reminds me of finger painting and the feeling of the paint on my fingers as a child. The glorious nature of colour as it saturated the page was magical. To be in control, to be able to change something to that degree seemed enormous and oddly mystical. As a child I wanted to merge with colour and often did. Recently, a woman told me she often sees the colour in my aura that I most focused on as a child. There is so much wisdom in children, in joy.
The minute I saw the dancing feet I felt my feet want to move. Arms outstretched, stomach, breasts and chest opened wide; safe. This is someone who is clearly feeling fully alive, free and able to dance as if no is watching. Her joy runs through her body unbridled totally uncensored, just as children do; yet she is clearly a grown woman. She is fully in her body and above her head are rays of light. Her head is not left out; she is all in.
I loved this card and hope that it brings you as much joy as it brought me. It seems to be saying celebrate, dance and be more childlike about it. Let go; all is well!
Namaste
