I hope this response is not too late! I have been in Hawaii for the past 2+ weeks and just got back yesterday. I personally have never offered TD specifically in the way that you are asking about, although I can greatly see the benefit...
I will be with you next week from my home here in Fair Oaks. I'm finishing up my last week of Photoshop at my Junior college so in between going nuts with the final project, I will draw outside in my back yard.

- What brings you to an interest in Touch Drawing or SoulCards?
- When I first saw Touch Drawing it touched me at a very deep level. I knew instinctively that this process was most appropriate for not only my own healing journey, but the best tool to facilitate inner transformation to groups. I'm a volunteer sound therapist with hospice offering sessions and ceremonies to the patients and their families. My vision is to facilitate group transformation sessions by combining Touch Drawing with Sound, Journaling, and the Soul Cards. I wish to offer this for grief support in my area.

My trip after leaving Chinook was nothing but awe inspiring. Did the tourist thing by seeing shops and antique stores, even walked into a thrift store and found a prize. Never knew that mammoths roamed on the islands until visiting a museum, loved the lavendar farms on the San Juan Island. Ferry ride to Friday Harbor was easy going. Wasn't that thrilled with the Oregon coastline towns. The towns were like California sea towns - even the same architecture in new homes. The redwoods were beautiful and sacred too. The women that talked to me all the way were most helpful and really sincere about asking me about my trip. If I come again, I want to stay on the water's edge. It still freaks me out (all that water around me) but I want the experience of seeing the orcas. I almost did on Friday Harbor, but the ranger told me they went chasing salmon. My images are on the photo page and I guess you can access them on my page. Was the video of your partners pictures from this gathering on last? Miss you, I'm out souring again and don't have my hawk!!! LOL Sue Ann

I will be setting up a special interest topic group on the use of Touch Drawing/Soul Cards in the hospital. As for setting up a group, it's pretty easy for me, since we have daily expressive arts groups of all sorts on the unit and have for about six years now, so the team is used to people going to groups and the whole process surrounding that. However, I can definitely give you some advice on how to get that process started. What kind of tips do you need?
