Well, my first day back in the 'world', returning from the Touch Drawing Gathering 2008. I haven't even really begun to process this wonderful week yet, but I know it will be a source of strength and support for me throughout the year. It was the most amazing thing I have ever done. It will be an honor to room with you at this gathering. I think I understand why we were matched. Our profiles are very similar and I, too have used Touch Drawing to help me recover from the death of my stepson, Gabriel. He died 5 years ago from complications after a double lung transplant. He was 28 and a day does not go by that I don't miss his sweet "body" coming in the door. Art was and is our soul connection. I look forward to meeting you next Sunday. Pat

My interest is in: Touch Drawing Personal Use, SoulCards Personal Use, Facilitating Touch Drawing, Facilitating SoulCards

What brings you to an interest in Touch Drawing or SoulCards?: I have had a set of Soul Cards for many years, and have often marveled at their beauty and soulful messages. 21 months ago, I lost my youngest daughter tragically and since then I have turned to art as a way of being with her. I think that touch drawing would be a wonderful skill in expressing grief for myself and others, so I wanted to come and learn and experience this.

My experience applies to:: Therapy, Art, Creativity, Social Work, Spiritual, Intuitive, Meditation, Family, Expressive Arts, Creative Art Therapy

Other areas of interest & experience: I have been an ametuer artist for most of my life, I am a retired massage therapist, and taught meditation for several years. Currently volunteering with a Victim's advocacy group.
