Agnes, Keiko has written! How great to hear from her. I want to share thoughts, some of which I nave already expressed to her. Each day I have attempted to add at least one new experience to learn to open up more in a different area each time. You know how challenging that it for me.
Yesterday I went to our Heritage Days and tasted foods from Sri Lanka -delicious vegetable roti and a vegetable curry on spiced rice. A potato salad from Peru was excellent with a feta, ground mustard and pepper sauce. The actual potatoes themselves were a new very tasty variety. Maybe Christian taught me to savour food in a deeper and more appreciative way! Or maybe it was Deborah's blessing at each meal, which did it! To mark the occasion, I found a couple of rings, which I had stopped wearing when I divorced.
The day before, I tossed and organized my place to create more space and a new living environment. It seems so much bigger already! The day before that I reflected on my way of thinking about myself and what I value and how I act, and the implications for my life of not changing and the potential benefits of "opening to life", which I have started to define more concretely. And for two days before that, I tossed out two large boxes of momentoes and memories related to my marriage and divorce! (Likely related to Keikos's drawings!!) These changes are just some of the more tangilbe, concrete ones, and I know that you can appreciate their significance.
Each step in the workshop added to this movement and growth in my life! So many moments were so significant! Deborah and the Institute create sacred space. Time seemed to be endless and infinite. THANK YOU, Agnes for these very spiritual spaces and experiences on Whidbey Island and in Vancouver.
Hi! Thx for the invitation! What a deeply relaxing, deeply healing experience. I am getting things done around here, but at a slower healthier pace! I am so grateful for this time and healing. "This healing, this healing, this healing time!"
I still cannot figure out how to upload an image. Wonder what step I am missing.
Agnes, Actually, it is a man from Hong Kong, who is a hypntherpaist. He has been using the soulcards and thinks they are really helpful in his culture. he is beginning to dictribute them in the region, and has taught use of SoulCards at a university, i think. he next wants to introduce Td and that's why he is coming. he even canceled some classes there this summer to make the time, and his students are excited that he will be bringing TD back with him. Look for him on the community - he hasn't joined yet but we will be persistent to get all the gatherers joining.
Agnes, I am so glad you will be with us again, and with your friends. We have more than usual people coming from Canada this year. And someone is flying in from Hong Kong just for the Gathering.
