thank you for sharing your powerful art and story. I feel the calm, and also the sense of "history" and depth. i find it a very compelling piece and i applaud your courage in staying with the process and then offering your art for witnessing.
you can see some photos of my work on my page, and, if you go to Nancy Watson's page, she created a brief video of a series of TD's I did at the TD gathering several months after my mother died. You might be interested in looking at that.

Kathleen, I did this in a workshop the day after my dad died 12 days ago. I wasnt going to attend but my family encouraged me. I cried, I screamed inside, I clawed the paper, I got fuzzy headed, and then calm This is the calm and I call it MY PEACE I GIVE TO YOU. The feelilngs just kept coming and the paper and was gracious. Thanks for your comment. Is your work on this website, too?
