The moon is about to rise in Santa Cruz where I amwith my dear musical friends. My creative attunement this month is signing - last night and tonight, with Rob. he plays magical electronified strings and other creations. We go late into the night, opening to the music and the spirit that pours through it. We get together a cople of times a year, for three nights each time. It is a precious time. this round, I think the energy of the full moon is supporting us to find and more living impulse than we have ben able to access in a while. It feels like drinking at a deep and nourishing well. I am thinking of you all as we each open to this moment in our own ways. I also did a 'sound healing' session a couple of hours ago with another friend who lives here. It, too, felt more alive than ever. So it is my 'sound moon'.

I felt the moons energy building within me since last night. As I prepare to sit in silence, hands resting on my inked board, I feel blessed to be connected into this lovely community tonight.

Thank you for innergizing the Moon drawings again. I did not draw this weekend but I was working on my current painting and afterwards drummed. I gladly join this group and look forward to being in Spirit Circle drawing during each full moon. Peace bBlessings, Shanti Wolf

Without having planned it this way, my first ever facilitation of a Touch Drawing group took place yesterday during the full moon. It was a magical time!! I had been taking a class with these women for several months now and through my sharing they had become quite curious about the TD process. When our class series came to an end we each felt we wanted to stay connected with each other and getting together for TD seemed the perfect way. Having meditated and practiced mindfulness in our classes added a potency to our experience that seemed to only be amplified by the moon yesterday as we got together to draw. The journeys these incredible women went on during their first experience with TD were awesome! We may want to get together each full moon to keep at it!

Well, since today was my first initiation into Touch Drawing, I feel that the full moon has called me to the moon group! Taking inspiration from the cycles of the moon is a great idea...who knows what will come up? Blessings to all in the moon group...janet

Great idea, Deborah! This will be wonderful! OK - so I'm not doing Touch Drawings - but am doing new paintings over the next few days for an upcoming Velvet Painting show! I haven't a clue how they'll turn out - as I've never painted on velvet before - but I'll be sure to show what I create here! Wish me luck!!
